We chose this hotel twice in a row. Staying in this hotel feels like home for us. The staffs were very accommodating and respectful. I like the ambiance and the room service was on time. They were very considerate as well to us. We’ll definitely stay and book this hotel again.

The rooms were clean and very comfortable, with elegant décor. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable especially receptionist Zulfiya. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

Everything was good, and Sulfiya was very helpful. The room was clean, but not all the listed amenities were available. It is suggested to ensure all listed amenities are present before a guest checks in.

Location is good and all staffs are good especially Mr Ripon Mondal. He helped me and other guests always. His behavior is very good. one lady staff at reception is very much irritating, she is not professional at all. Didn't like her behavior and I will count this for future whenever I want to book room, I may not book your hotel because of her behavior

Charging for late check out even though you have given complimentary for late check but still they have charged Rs 1200 which is very worst behaviour and money minded by the hotel management
